Hi,

I am a small business owner in New York City. My gross adjusted income after deductions for the last three years shows a loss rather than a profit. How seriously does my 1099 work affect the outcome of our application?


I have land and real estate assets that should offset his stated business losses. How much do my assets count toward the ability to sponsor a spouse if the taxed income does not meet the USCIS requirements?

What else should we submit for the I 864 form to make sure we are fully prepared?
(We might not be able to have a third sponsor.)

소득이 기준금액에 부족하신 경우, 부족한 금액의 5배를 '자산'(asset)으로 보충해 주시면 됩니다.
