Request for Initial Evidence (I-485)
This office is unable to complete the processing of your Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status,(Form I-485) without initial information. Submit ALL of the information requested below at one time. Failure to do so will result in a denial. You must submit the information within 87 days to: U.S. Depart of Homeland Security, PO Box 648004, Lee's Summit, MO 64002. For Express Mail or Courier deliveries, send to USCIS, Attention: Adjustment of STatus, 850 NW Chipman Rd., Lee's Summit, MO 64063. Include this letter with your response.

All copies must be clear and legible. If you submit a document in any language other than English, it must be submitted iwth a full Englsh translation. The Translator must certify that the translation is complete and accurate, and that he or she is competent to translate.

If you need addiotional information, please visit the USCIS website at http://www.uscis.gov or call our National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5282(1-800-767-1833 for the hearing impaired). This toll-free call center can connect you to live assistance. In eGnlish and Spanish during office hours.

Submit a completed and signed Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, for the petitioner/sponser listed on Form I-130 or Form I-129F. Even if a joint sponser will be used, the petitioner/sponser must submit Form I-864. (The Form I-134 is nto acceptable to use for Adjustment of Status.) Also, provide copies of the petitioner/sponsor's most recent Federal income tax returns and all supporting tax documents(W-2's, 1099s, Form 2555, and tax scheudles).

If you have submtited Form I-864, the version you submitted is no longer accepted. You must submit Form I-864 with a revision date of 07/02/2015. All pages of Form I-864 must be present and of the same revision date.

If the applicant qualifies for one one of the exemptions on Form I-864W, please submit a completed and signed Form I-864W.

영주권 신청시, 재정보증 서류에 문제가 있었다고 사료됩니다. 해당 재정보증인 또는 공동재정보증인의 서류에 서명이 되어있지 않거나, 작성에 문제가 있었다고 사료됩니다. 또한 재정보증인 및 공동재정보증인의 수입관련 서류들또한 제출하셔야 하며, 새로 업데이트 된 I-864 양식을 이용하셔야 하실듯 사료됩니다. 87일안에 해당 서류들을 접수하지 못하신다면, 영주권 신청 자체가 거절이 되실수 있으므로, 이점 유의하시기 바라겠습니다.
