California Business and profession code 6125에 의하면 CA 변호사 협회의 맴버가 아닌 사람은 법을 practice할 수 없습니다.
따라서 변호사가 아닌 paralegal 이나 사무장으로 부터 법률조언을 받으신다면 문제가 있다고 사려됩니다.
다만, 이민법의 경우에는 paralegal이나 notary 또한 BOND가 있을 경우에는 사건진행을 도와드릴 수 있습니다.
