Atlanta 에서 소규모 자영업을 하고 있습니다.

ELDL loan increase를 신청한후에

SBA에서 다음과 같은 답변이 왔는데 어떻게

해야 할지 알 길이 없습니다.

At this time, we are unable to complete the evaluation of your request
until the following information is provided:
The name of the borrower or one of the owners of the business has matched
against the name of an individual or entity on the US Treasury Do Not Pay database as described below.
Please provide documentation or explanation to overcome the issue.
Identified on the Treasury Do Not Pay list(s): Office of Foreign Assets Control - OFAC, Matched Party: (my name)

추측성 답변: 댁의 이름이 미국 재무부에 DO NOT PAY 리스트에 올라가 있어서, 아마도 해외에 소유하고 있는 자산이 있기에 론을 거부당한걸로 추정됨

답변 감사합니다.
허나 해외 소유 자산은 없습니다.
그리고 미국 재무부에 어떤 이유인지는 몰라도 Do Not Pay list 에 제 이름과 같은 동명 이인이 올라가 있는 걸로
추정 할수 있는데,,,,
어떻게, 어디에 "제가 그 listing 에 있는 사람과 이름만 같을뿐 다른 사람 이다" 라고 헤서
이문제를 해결 할수 있는지 전문가들의 귀견이 절실히 필요합니다
