일주일에 식당에서 40시간 이상 일하고 싶은데 오버타임페이 안 받아도 좋으니 더 일할수 있는 방법이 있나요? 그냥 8불만 받고 일해도 괜찮은데 법을 어기지 않는범위내에서....

. Section 13(a)(1) and Section 13(a)(17) also exempt certain computer employees. To qualify for exemption, employees generally must meet certain tests regarding their job duties and be paid on a salary basis at not less than $455 per week. Job titles do not determine exempt status. In order for an exemption to apply, an employee’s specific job duties and salary must meet all the requirements of the Department’s regulations.

FLSA는 연방노동법입니다. 연방법이나 캘리포니아주 노동법이나 오버타임이 면제되는 매니저나 특수한 직책이 아닌이상 종업원이 오버타임 안 받아도 좋으니 더 일하겠다고 각서를 써도 고용주는 오버타임을 지불해야 합니다.
