T-Mobile에 내야될 돈이 있다고 Collection회사에 추심이 걸렸습니다.
1280불정도라고 콜랙션회사에서 그러는데요. 그 금액은 도저히 아니라고생각
합니다. 내야할 돈이있으면 낼려고 생각해서 T-Mobile하고 콜랙션회사에 Invoice를 요청했지만 T-Mobile은 콜랙션으로 넘어가서 줄수없고, 콜랙션회사는
자신들은 갖고있지 않다고합니다. 그러나 2차전화해서 물어보면 전화상 확인하면서 답변을 하는것을 보고 콜랙선회사가 인보이스를 갖고있지 않은것이 거짓
이라는것을 알았습니다. 왜 인보이스를 주지 않을까요 ?
제 생각은 T-Mobile 부당청구한것, 잘못된 패널티, 콜랙션회사의 Fee 제하면
200-300불이라고 추측합니다.
정당히 내야될 돈이면 내고싶습니다, 요즈음 정말 큰 통신회사도 돈이 없어서
뭐 xx 같은경우 많습니다. 20일전에 Certified Mail로 답변했는데 아직까지
전화도 답장도 없네요. 어떻게 이런경우 진행되는지 알고싶습니다.
I dispute the validity of this debit because
1. T-mobile bill is not accurate. I requested 3-4 times already the invoices for the amount. Your office and T-Mobile refused to provide the invoices.
2. 000000 number, I have not ordered. But we had paid almost two years. Please provide any type of proof (signed contract or voice recording).
T-mobile promised over the phone they will investigate and return to me, but none of them has contacted me.
3. The other three numbers was contracted in Apr. 2000 instead of Sept, 2000
as you told me over the phone. You have the wrong record of commencing date. We switched to the other carrier in April. 2012. So the early termination penalty is not accepted.
4. 00000 number, the monthly bill has been charged near the expired
date and penalty is imposed on again.
5. Even after we swathed to the other carrier in April, 2012, T-Mobile had charged on three numbers.
6. T-Mobile broadcasted the spam message to any users.
If click on, they charged. My kid under age of 18 clicked the spam message by accident. So the online customer service at T-Mobile chat promised to issue the credit, but the credit has not been issued at all.

With the reasons above I dispute the claimed amount. I request again your office or T-Mobile the data or detailed invoice claiming $1,280
