' USCIS is not initiating removal procedures against the applicants at this time. The decision resulting in the denial of Form I-XXX leaves the applicants without lawful immigration status and are now present in the United States in violation of the law. The applicants are required to depart the United States within 30 days from the date of this decision, or be subject to removal proceedings. Remaining in the United States beyond this time will also affect the applicants' ability to the United States.'

위의 내용으로 봐서 30일이 지나서도 체류하고 있으므로 removal proceedings를 받은 것인가요?
