Once a year -- the first 2 weeks in April -- you can apply to become a union #electrician in Philadelphia. You must apply in person during the day with a $40 money order.
All interested applicants can pick up an Application Packet which contains all of the required forms, documents and application instructions in the rear parking lot of ATEI’s 1719 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130. Spring Garden Street Training Center Monday-Friday between noon and 4pm. Applicants will need a $40 money order made out to ATEI along with a photo ID.
Applicants must be at least 18yo and have either a high school diploma or a GED and passing Algebra grade.
