request for evidence를 받았는데요.
내용중에 제가 보낸 편지(affidavits)에 관한 내용입니다.
In support of your DACA request, you submitted affidavits, but you did not indicate that:
* primary and secondary evidence cannot be obtained; and
* what effort you undertook to obtain that evidence.
Therefore, you are requested to provide following:
* A primary statement from the appropriate issuing authority attesting to the fact that no record exists or can be located, or that the record sought was part of some segment of records which were lost or destroyed; or
*Evidence (such as an affidavit) "that repeated good faith attempts were made to obtain the required document or record."
이 상황에서 어떻게 해야할까요? 전문가님들 도움이 필요합니다.
편지내용은 제가 기간동안 가게에서 일했던 것을 주변상가 사람들이 증언하는 내용입니다.
저희 가게는 2011년 문을 닫아서 record를 구할수 없었거든요.
어떤걸 준비해야하는지요.
