Deferred action beneficiaries can obtain Driver's License in Virginia.
You need to show evidence for the following:
1)Two proofs of identity
Two from the primary list, or
One from the primary and one from the secondary list
2)One proof of Virginia residency
3)One proof of legal presence in U.S.
4)One proof of your social security number
Examples of documents for each element
1) Primary - 워크퍼밋 카드 and/or Employment Authorization Document (I-766)
Secondary - School Transcript (Official/Certified), etc
2) 유틸리티 빌 (Cell phone bill not accepted), 뱅크 내역서, Rental Agreement, 자동차 보험 청구서, etc
3) Deferred Action approval notice from USCIS (I-821D)
4) Social Security Card
