To be eligible, you must be over 65 years of age, or disabled, or blind. Disabled children are also eligible for IHSS. 가족중 한사람 또는 가족아닌 타인도 간병인(caregiver)으로가능. . .환자는 집에서 거주하고 . . .환자의 도움정도에 따라 주정부가 간병인에게 pay 지불하는 Program . . . .MediCal 이 있어야함.
SNF 와 ICF 두가지 라이센스를 같이 갖춘곳도 있는데 . . . 돈을 정부로부터 많이 받을려고 SNF level of care 에 맞는 환자, 거주자를 선호하는 곳이 많이있음.
