Q.e-Passport vs B2-Visa

I am a US citizen. My 90 years old dad likes to visit me and stay with me for 6 months as long as his health allows him to travel. Currently, he does have his valid e-passport. He does not have significant assets in Korea, receiving old-age-benefits from Korean government. With his e-passport, he only could stay with me in US for 3 months. I worry about him requesting a B2-visa since he doesn't have any assets in Korea. (He does have two adult-children in Korea but they refused to take care of him.) His current e-passport expires in 2018. My dad enjoys living in Korea. Is there any legal-safe-way my dad could stay in US for 6 month? (He would like to go back and forth between Korea and US once/twice a year while he is mobile and capable to travel.)

My dad doesn't want to loose his old-age-benefits in Korea, including his medical benefits. He has a strong pride and does not wish to burden me for his medical bills. Is there any way that he could still receive his-old-age-benefits (medical benefits), stay with me for 6 months during each his US visit? What about the dual citizenship? Can he have two citizenship? If so, is he going to loose his-old-age-benefit in Korea? Thanks!

SoonjaSmith's response to Pleas read my original message, saying, "I worry about him requesting a B2-visa since he doesn't have any assets in Korea." Because he doesn't have any asset to prove to US, his B2-visa request is most likely to be rejected by US. As I mentioned above, "He has a strong pride and does not wish to burden me for his medical bills." Your response saying, "몸이 아프면 한국서 치료 받으면 됩니다," it sounds easy but travelling between US and Korea won't be easy for my old dad especially when he is under the weather. I wish I could take care of his medical bills and allows him to travel between two country with his first-class-seat. I am not poor but I am not rich enough to pay his US medical bills in cash either. Because I love my dad, I am even thinking about taking care of my dad in Korea but my husband disagrees with me. Thanks for your comment!
