I never heard SBA collection. There is no collection department for SBA. There is no such a thing. If the bank has not sued you, then you need to contact them that you show no income or asset. If the Bank agrees that your current financial condition does not display adequately to repay the loan, the lender has an option to settle (Offer In Compromise) or start a lawsuit. My best suggestion (not legal advice) file Bankruptcy, Even if you settle the loan with bank, tDeficiency will be collected by US Treasury Offset program, meaning any of your tax refund or any federal assistance will not be available to you. This only can be protected by Bankruptcy. You need to see the bankruptcy attorney for further information.
