“(f) (1) Within a reasonable time after notification of either party’s intention to terminate the tenancy, or before the end of the lease term, the landlord shall notify the tenant in writing of his or her option to request an initial inspection and of his or her right to be present at the inspection.”
Final inspection: 이후 The landlord may make a deduction from the tenant's security deposit to repair a defect or correct a condition:
집주인은 세입자와 이닐셜 인스펙션때 거론,확인된 세입자에의한 손상, 결함을 세입자가 수리 또는 수정, 복구 하지 않았을 경우 그repairs and damages의 복구, 수정 을 위하여 세입자의 보증금에서 공제를 할 수 있습니다.
That was identified in the inspection statement and that the tenant did not repair or correct; or, That occurred after the initial inspection; or That was not identified during the initial inspection due to the presence of the tenant's possessions. Any deduction must be reasonable in amount, and must be for a purpose permitted by the security deposit statute.
