시민권자 배우자 초청으로 영주권을 신청했고 아래와 같은 추가서류 요청 노티스를 받아서 문의 드립니다.
Based on the documents submitted, we could not determine that the petitioning sponsor, on Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, is qualified. In order to be a qualified sponsor, the petitioning sponsor's Form I-864 must be properly completed and signed, and the supporting documents must establish that the petitioning sponsor's income meets 125 percent (100 percent if military) of the federal poverty guideline for the sponsor’s household size. See Form I-864P for information on the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
If the petitioning sponsor's income does not meet 125 percent (100 percent if military) of the federal poverty guideline for their household size, you must obtain a qualifying joint sponsor who demonstrates the ability to support you or submit evidence of assets. See Form I-864 Instructions for more information. If you decide to obtain a joint sponsor (or a different joint sponsor), you will need to:

혹시 저희가 추가해야할 서류가 있거나 조언 있으시면 부탁드립니다.
그리고 추가 서류를 생각하다가 i 864 w 로 시선을 돌려봤습니다.
영주권 신청자는 현재 서류미비자이지만 비자가 살아 있을때 받아놓은 소셜 넘버로 10년이상 일을 하고 있고 세금신고도 해서 40 크레딧을 모두 채웠어요.
몇몇 변호사분들이 서류미비자도 10년 이상 일하고 40 트레딧을 채웠다면 i 864w 폼을 작성하고 social security statement 로 재정보증을 면제 받을수 있다는 글을 보았습니다.
저희와 같은 상황일 경우 노티스온i 864 보충 서류 대신 i 864 w 로 대신해서 social security statement와 같이 이민국 사이트에 업로드 해도 될까요?
그리고 현재 i 864 w 폼의 날짜가 익스파이어 12/31/2023 으로 되어 있어요.
최신 양식이 아직 없는데 이 양식을 그대로 사용해도 되는건가요?
