Permanent- Career (임시 고용이아니고)
Career-Conditional (1년의 probation 기간이 있으며 - 3년을 일해야 Permanent- Career 됨)
appointment in the Competitive Service (아무 조건없이 채용되는 political appointment job 과 다르게 보통 채용으로 필기시험/인터뷰/자격증/학위/경력 등 여러사람과 경쟁해서 그중에서 제일 적합한 사람을 고른다는 뜻 입니다)
