EDD신청 가능할까요?

작년에 암진단을 받고 SDI를 신청하고 휴직했습니다.이번달에 SDI가 만료되었고,치료기간이 남기는 했지만 맞벌이라 더 회사를 쉴수가없어 다시 출근할려고 회사에 연락을하니 경기도 안좋고,제가 맡았던 포지션이 더이상 필요가없다고 합니다.회사에서 EDD를 신청하라고 하는데 SDI 1년 받고서 EDD신청이 가능할까요? 당장 컨디션은 일하기 힘들긴한데..생활비 생각하면 좀 막막하기도하고..답변 부탁드립니다.

‘SDI가 만료되었고’ ‘SDI 1년 받고서 EDD신청이 가능할까요?’ You generally are able to apply for unemployment after your doctor lifts your restrictions. 일반적으로 의사가 제한을 해제 한 후에 실업수당 (UI Benefits) 을 신청할 수 있습니다. ‘당장 컨디션은 일하기 힘들긴한데’ ? 일을 할 수 있다면 실업 수당 (UI Benefits) 신청을 할 수 있습니다. At that point you will be able to apply for unemployment in the same way that you would if you had just been laid off or terminated. 온라인으로 신청서를 작성 : https://www.edd.ca.gov/Unemployment/UI_Online.htm (UI Benefits) 클레임을 위하여 다음과 같은 요건을 충족해야 합니다. "When filing for UI benefits, you must have earned enough wages during the base period to establish a claim, and be: Totally or partially unemployed. Unemployed through no fault of your own. Physically able to work. Available for work. Ready and willing to accept work immediately. Actively looking for work.” 자세한 문의는: EDD representatives: 1-800-300-5616 https://www.edd.ca.gov/Disability/DI_Claim_Process.htm "If you have not fully recovered and want to extend your disability period to continue benefits, you must have your physician/NP/PA complete the DE 2525XX and return the form to the EDD to certify your continuing disability." 장애가 완전히 회복되지 않은 상태에서 장애 기간을 연장하여 혜택을 지속하려면 의사가 계속해서 DE 2525XX를 작성하고 EDD에 양식을 제출하여 지속적인 장애를 증명해야합니다. ( DE 2525XX는 SDI Online을 사용하여 제출할 수도 있습니다)
